- RM50 cash security deposit per pitch at check-in, refunded at check-out.
- Cancelling or changing dates
- Must be made 7 to 14 days before arrival; a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds carry a 10% charge, and there is no refund for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival.
- A Muslim-friendly place
- Alcohol, non-halal food, drugs, smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed (fines up to RM3,000).
