Please read these terms before you book or use our activities. By booking or using our services you agree to them.
Every guest signs an indemnity form at check-in.
A RM50 security deposit is taken for each tent and refunded after check-out if the tent is in good condition. Keep your deposit form for the refund.
Check-in is 3.00pm–10.00pm. Tell us in advance if you will arrive after 10.00pm.
Check-out is 7.00am–12.00pm. Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged.
Sunday to Thursday nights are the Weekday Bed & Breakfast package, priced per tent. Friday and Saturday nights are the Weekend Full Board package, priced per adult. School and public holidays carry a RM58 per tent per night surcharge on weekday stays. All prices are subject to 8% SST.

Weekday stays include breakfast, 8.00am–9.30am. Weekend stays include hi-tea 4.30pm–5.30pm, BBQ dinner 8.00pm–9.30pm, breakfast 8.00am–9.30am and lunch 12.00pm–2.00pm, all buffet style.
Menus may change without notice depending on ingredients and guest numbers.

The disclaimer form is compulsory for every guest at check-in.
The campsite is set in a natural area with natural and man-made hazards. You enter the property and join activities such as cycling and walking at your own risk.
GL@W accepts no liability for accidents, loss of property or personal injury during your stay.

No pets are allowed, without exception. The campsite is in a natural, partly public area and we want to avoid allergies for other guests.

The property maintains its halal status. Alcoholic drinks (over 0.2% alcohol by volume) and any pig-derived products are strictly not allowed on the premises, whether consumed or not.
If any are found, management may refuse entry without refund or compensation and impose a fine of RM3,000.

Quiet hours are 11.00pm–8.00am.
No outside food and no cooking on the premises. No meals and drinks inside the tents.
No footwear and no ironing inside the tents. Do not remove anything provided in the tent.
Non-mahram Muslim couples may not share a tent: cohabitation is prohibited.
Breaking these rules may lead to a deduction from the security deposit and additional charges.

Guests may occupy the property for the paid period only and must follow the rules explained at check-in.
Please leave the tent and furniture in the condition you found them and report any damage promptly. Guests pay for repair or replacement of damage they cause. An extra cleaning charge of RM50 may apply.
Smoking, vaping and drugs are strictly not allowed, with fines of up to RM3,000.
Management may ask a guest and their party to leave, without refund, for improper, inappropriate or illegal behaviour.

Book through this website, the GL@W booking engine or our WhatsApp. Bookings made through OTAs such as Klook are with that third party, and their confirmation may not match ours.
We accept credit and debit cards, QR payments, FPX online banking and bank transfer.
Organisations booking on credit must provide a Local Order or Purchase Order. Invoices are due within 14 days; late payment carries an 18% fee.
Bookings are subject to availability. Please check your booking details; we can't refund errors not reported before check-in.

Children aged 6–12 pay the kids' rate (RM118 on weekends). Children 5 and under stay free. On weekdays an extra person is RM58 a night, with breakfast and no extra bed.
Weekdays: no free child if the tent is fully occupied. Weekends: 1 free child for every 2 paying adults sharing the same bed.

Cancellations, refunds or date changes must be made 7 to 14 days before arrival (at least 14 days for 4 tents or more) and may carry a cancellation fee.
Refunds carry a 10% charge. No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival.
Date changes are subject to availability and may carry a fee.

Promotional bookings can't be refunded, changed or cancelled unless the promotion says otherwise.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government action and power failures.
If a pandemic lockdown stops us operating, affected bookings can be moved to another date within 6 months at no charge.
If arranged activities can't go ahead because of bad weather after they have started, no refund is given. If they haven't been arranged yet, we may reschedule or refund in full or in part.
